Consent to personal data processing

Separate consent for submitting a request or using the AI chat.

I freely consent to processing by the operator below for the use case I choose: submitting an enquiry or allowing AI consultation.

When I submit a request

Data: name, contact, chosen service, comment, timestamp, IP address, request ID and consent record. Purposes: reply to my enquiry, clarify requirements, prepare a proposal and prevent abuse. My request is recorded on the website server and delivered to the team through Telegram.

When I allow AI consultation

Local reference answers work without AI. With my separate permission, data includes my messages, up to six turns of conversation context, technical identifiers and usage information. Purposes: answer questions and help choose a service. Messages and context are sent to configured AI providers to Moonshot (Kimi). Enquiry form fields are never added to AI requests. Recognisable contacts and credentials are removed where possible before a message is sent. I can contact the team by phone or email without using AI chat.

Operations and duration

I consent to automated and manual collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, necessary disclosure to processors, restriction and deletion for these purposes. Consent lasts until the enquiry is resolved or consent is withdrawn. Further retention requires another lawful basis.

I may withdraw consent by emailing admin@nik.ru from the contact used in my enquiry. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Details and rights are in the privacy policy.

I confirm consent using a separate checkbox that is initially empty. This does not authorise advertising or optional counters.
