How Chats.Ru handles requests, messages and technical data.

Operator and contact

This policy covers Chats.Ru / DeLuxe Digital, its forms and consultant. Project contact: vera@administrator.ru, +7 (495) 755-33-76. 8-1 Prichalny Proyezd, Moscow is a contact address, not a statement of the registered office.

Data and purposes

• Requests: name, email, phone or messenger contact, service and comment, used to reply and prepare a proposal.
• AI chat: your message and up to six previous messages, used to answer and help select a service. Conversation history stays in tab memory and is not restored after the tab is closed.
• Security: IP address, visitor identifier, timestamps, request ID and consent record, used to prevent abuse, confirm submission and diagnose failures.
• Theme, cookie preferences and a technical session support the interface and security. Optional counters load only after a separate choice.

Legal basis and processing

Request and chat data are processed with your separate consent. Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, use for your enquiry, necessary disclosure to service providers and deletion. Consent does not authorise marketing messages.

Providers and disclosure

Reference answers are processed locally in the browser without sending their text to an AI provider. Moonshot (Kimi) is used after separate consent in the current tab. The server attempts to remove recognisable contacts and credentials before sending messages; enquiry form fields are never added to model requests. A request is recorded on the website server before the team is notified through Telegram. If delivery fails, the server record remains. AI chat messages are sent to configured providers to Moonshot (Kimi). Do not submit passwords, payment details, health information or confidential documents.

External services may process data outside Russia. Ask the operator for current recipients, locations, retention and transfer grounds. Primary collection and storage of Russian citizens’ data must meet localisation requirements; the operator must separately verify cross-border transfer conditions.

Retention and withdrawal

Enquiry data is used until your request is resolved or consent is withdrawn, unless a contract or law requires further retention. Operational request logs should be deleted within 90 days after processing ends; an administrator cleanup command is provided. See the cookie table for browser storage periods.

For withdrawal, access, correction or deletion, email admin@nik.ru with the subject “Chats.Ru personal data” and the contact used in your enquiry. The operator will verify the request and reply within applicable statutory time limits.

Security measures

Server validation, CSRF tokens, rate and size limits, session-based duplicate protection and restricted log access. AI and Telegram credentials remain on the server. Actual server security and location also depend on the hosting configuration.
